Too little finalists edit

IMO should be 10% of the total number of the images.--Mbz1 (talk) 22:32, 27 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

I'm agree. --Micione (talk) 08:04, 28 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
I'm agree too. --Alchemist-hp (talk) 08:07, 28 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
I am in agreement too, although it is likely too late to change anything at this point. RP459 (talk) 22:32, 29 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
Please see Commons talk:Picture of the Year/2009#Too little finalists?. As Commons:Picture of the Year/2009 says "The Round 1 Category winners, and the top 10 overall will advance to Round 2 (the Finals).", I believ we can include all 2nd and 3d images in each category, too.--miya (talk) 07:22, 31 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
Thank you, Miya! :) --Micione (talk) 11:27, 3 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

As I said before IMO far too many finalist now. Also unfortunate to change the rules in the last minute, and to have the discussion dispersed over many subpages. Maybe subpage discussions should be all directed to the preparation area next time. --Elekhh (talk) 23:24, 9 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Rotation edit

Random rehash of images is quite annoying, especially with large pics. If I need to return to an image that has just been in the second row left ... do I really need to look for it again, flipping screen after screen after screen? Please, if this nuisance cannot be turned off, make it optional next time. East of Borschov (talk) 21:10, 7 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Open simply in one windows the finalists side and in a lot of second windows the voting sides. :-) --Alchemist-hp (talk) 21:27, 7 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
