| Description | Церковь Преображения Господня в селе Сицкое Чкаловского района Нижегородской области. Другие названия: Преображенская церковь; Спасо-Преображенская церковь; Спасопреображенская церковь; Спаса Преображения церковь; Спасская церковь. Кирпичная церковь, построенная в 1789—1831 годы. Основной объём типа восьмерик на четверике завершён декоративным пятиглавием, малые главы ориентированы по странам света. Трапезной церковь соединена с трехъярусной колокольней. В трапезной Казанский (справа) и Космодамианский (слева) приделы. Закрыта в конце 1930-х годов, занята под склад. Возвращена верующим в 1989 году, отреставрирована. Вид с севера. |
