עברית: לוח ההנצחה לחללי נשר ממלחמת העצמאות הותקן בתוך מבנה יד לבנים בנשר ב-1950 עם הקמת מבנה ההנצחה לחללי מלחמת העצמאות בני נשר. הלוח המנציח 25 בני נשר שנהרגו במלחמת העצמאות מתוך 30 שנהרגו, שכן בתוך המבנה עד 2013. בשנה זאת נעשו שינויים במבנה על ידי האדריכל עודד רוזנקיאר, במסגרתו הלוח הוצא מהמבנה ועקבותיו נעלמו. בשנת 2021 הלוח נמצא כשהוא שבור לשני חלקים חלקים גדולים וחלק נוסף חסר. נעשו מאמצים להשיג תקציב כדי לשקם את הלוח ולהחזירו למבנה. בספטמבר 2022 הגישה עיריית נשר בקשה למענק במסגרת "קול קורא" של "החטיבה לאנדרטאות, מפעלי הנצחה ויזכור במשרד הביטחון". ב-1 בדצמבר אושר התקציב המבוקש, במסגרתו משרד הביטחון מימן 75% ועיריית נשר 25%. עבודת השיקום נמסרה לפסל חן וינקלר בתחילת פברואר 2023 וחן הגיע לקחת את שני שברי לוח ההנצחה ממבנה הארכיון ההיסטורי של העיר נשר שם שכן. לאחר שיקום הלוח על ידי חן וינקלר, הגיע צוות מחברת שיש וינקלר ובניו ב-10 באפריל 2023 והתקין את לוח ההנצחה במבנה. תאריך היעד היה להתקין לפני ערב יום הזיכרון לחללי מערכות ישראל החל ב-24 באפריל 2023. |
