עברית: ברחוב הקישון בעיר נשר ליד מפעל המלט צומח במשך שנים רבות עץ שקמה שהוא עץ מוגן בישראל. העץ נמצא ליד היציאה הדרומית של אצטדיון נשר. עיריית נשר כרתה כריתה מסיבית את ענפיו העליונים. יצרה קרוב למקום העץ כביש גישה משופע רחב מאד בלי התחשבות בעץ עצמו. השאירה חלקת אדמה קטנה מאד שאינה מכוסה באספלט ובטון. וגם אותו הקיפה באבן שפה ואת השטח הנותר כיסתה בדשא סינתטי שלא מאפשר למים להגיע לעץ עצמו.
