中文：于國楨（1900-1952），彰化北京市人。北平平民大學畢業，後留學蘇聯莫斯科，與蔣經國為同學。歷任北平特別市、山西、陝西、河北等省黨部委員，後受陳誠賞識，委為湖北省利川縣縣長，在推行新縣制、禁煙、禁賭、禁娼、辦理軍運等方面成績顯著，乃以功擢升第六區行政督察專員兼保安司令，駐宜昌三鬥坪。1946年陳誠任東北剿共總司令，他旋除熱河省民政廳長代理主席，嗣調河北省政府委員兼唐山市長，復兼華北黨政軍督察執行副總監，代理總監職務。 遷臺後擔任臺灣省政府視察主任。1949年（民國38年）官派為第四任臺中縣長，時台中縣行政區範圍包括彰化。就任後，將縣長公館的「後門」用鐵釘封死，以宣示做任何事都須光明正大。曾與部屬組成7人「鐵馬隊」巡視縣內各鄉鎮，並舉辦演講，號稱「流動縣政府」；亦提倡體育，厲行政府所頒布的三七五減租政策。 |
