Description
中文：仰光台灣貿易中心新到任秦淮峰主任偕柯名瑜經理，於11月18日拜會駐緬甸代表處李朝成大使，就推動台緬雙邊貿易等工作交換意見。

會中，秦主任提到渠於11月17日抵達仰光，已陸續進行業務交接工作，後續除將籌組台灣業者團來緬交流，也積極規劃安排緬商赴台參加我國各項國際商展，及辦理商機座談。
李大使首先歡迎秦主任來緬履新，並藉機分享多年的駐外經驗；在有關緬甸市場拓展策略時則指示，2020-2021年緬甸受疫情、政情不穩，以及國際政經局勢影響，使台緬雙邊貿易減少與訪團活動停頓，隨疫情趨穩與各國防控措施的放寬，期勉仰光台灣貿易中心在秦主任的帶領下，充份發揮專業，讓台緬雙邊的貿易活動、展團互訪、商機開發等各項工作陸續重回軌道；並建議在疫情造就的「新常態」下，善用數位科技以加強線上商機媒合；同時，也與代表處保持密切合作與互動，俾發揮我在緬工作之綜效。
