中文：台灣援贈口罩運抵葡萄牙，18日上午在駐葡萄牙代表處舉行簡單儀式，由代表張俊菲代表捐贈葡萄牙紅十字會等慈善醫療機構，葡萄牙國會友台小組主席Paulo Rios de Oliveira出席見證。

張代表致詞時表示，台灣在疫情初期即採取超前部署措施，運用完備醫療體系與設施、預防管控及科技工具，以及全民的高度配合，達到迄今控制在446例確診，且多數解除隔離，以及無社區感染的成果，普獲全球讚譽。而台灣在確保醫療口罩內需供應無虞後，亦陸續援助各國朋友，本次捐贈為友誼象徵，樂願持續推動雙邊防疫經驗交流及合作。
友台小組Oliveira主席以之前訪台經驗表示，對我醫衛領域的傑出表現印象深刻，並感謝我向葡萄牙伸出友誼之手。紅十字會大里斯本緊急平台負責人Armando Baptista代表致詞時亦推崇我善舉，表示我醫療物資對該會貢獻良多，並盼未來台葡於人道救援領域能有更多互動及合作關係。
本次援贈10萬口罩在葡萄牙國家公民保護及緊急救難署(ANEPC)協調下，分配予葡萄牙紅十字會及里斯本仁慈堂(Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa)兩慈善醫療機構。里斯本仁慈堂成立於1498年，為葡萄牙大航海時代海外傳教機構，現致力於提升葡萄牙社會福利，亦於衛生、教育、文化等領域有所貢獻。

葡萄牙自3月2日出現首例確診以來，至6月18日已有3萬8,089人感染，其中1,524人死亡、2萬4,010人康復。
