中文：本處李朝成大使1月21日下午偕僑務組張文華組長應邀參加緬甸自由青年總社一月份聯歡宴會，這也是李大使首度造訪該社。

聯歡宴會之前，李大使與尤福臨理事長、黃榮平監事長及多名副理事長茶敘，聽取緬華自由青年總社創社緣起、社務推動、會員服務以及華文教育推展等情形暨現況。
「駐處同仁從兩年前通通留在原地，一個都沒有走。」李大使在餐會致詞時，強調本處服務工作不曾間斷，
李大使表示，這是他派駐緬甸二年來第二度來到唐人街參加的大型活動，也是首次拜訪自由青年總社。看到會館內陳設著國父、蔣公遺像，瞬間將他的記憶拉回到童年。他感謝許多僑領早年創設緬甸自由青年總社，數十年來更是堅定支持著中華民國，臺灣今天享有自由、民主，海外的僑胞盡了相當大的力。
再過一個星期就是農曆虎年，李大使也向大家拜個早年，祝福大家在新的一年都能虎虎生風，將過去二年來因為疫情造成的不便，通通排除，同時不忘提醒大家在生活上仍然要做好各項防疫措施，健康第一。
