Description
中文：夏季屏將軍，江蘇武進人，1907年（民前4年）生，黃埔3期，歷經北伐、討逆剿匪、抗戰、戡亂諸役，1952年任江浙反共救國軍海上突擊司令，

1955年兼任東引守備區指揮部第一任指揮官，將軍在本軍任職多年對突擊作戰，海上運輸補給，部隊整訓，制度建立，著有功績。
於東引指揮部任期擔任指揮官為1955年6月16日至1957年3月16日。
現今的陸軍東引地區指揮部歷經多次整編，起源於民國38年成立的海保部隊，當時基本成員多為抗戰時期南京政府和平救國軍。
部隊組織歷經多次整編，在1955年，位在大陳島上關鍵的一江山戰役失敗，部隊撤退到台灣各地，後整編為反共救國軍第一總隊、第二總隊。
1960年，年9月9日，國防部將江浙第一總隊與福建的第二總隊合併為「陸軍反共救國軍指揮部」，指揮部設於東引，自此東引反共救國軍在此生根。
民國87年，因應「精實案」，陸軍反共救國軍編為「陸軍步兵第一九五旅」。

民國95年，因應「精進案」，本部奉令編成「陸軍東引地區指揮部」。
