中文：江揆出席行政院文化獎頒獎典禮 推崇得獎人白先勇及王大閎貢獻

行政院長江宜樺今（27）日出席「第33屆行政院文化獎頒獎典禮」，推崇得獎人白先勇及王大閎的貢獻。江院長表示，兩位得獎人在文學及建築界，不僅是先驅，也是公認最傑出的貢獻者，他感謝兩位得獎人所創造的一切。
江院長細數自身經驗指出，他在大學時代，曾在臺大法學院圖書館讀過白先勇先生的《台北人》，該圖書館則是王大閎先生的作品。因此，他在學生時代，即領受兩位得獎者無數傑出作品的一部分。
江院長進一步表示，除了年輕時的感動，他在近幾年，周末會去打太極拳，背景為國父紀念館，正為王大閎先生的作品。此外，他的家人喜歡白先勇先生製作的青春版《牡丹亭》，全家人一起欣賞了無數次。
江院長有感而發說，傳統古典的作品，經過現代巧思轉換，發揮巨大的力量，欣賞這樣的作品，雖與年輕時的感受不盡相同，但此力量跨越世代、影響子孫，他相信這才是文化，文化的力量超越政治、經濟、社會、新聞等所構成的世界。

最後，江院長說，在文化的面前，應知謙卑及珍惜，他以一個深受文化影響且感動的人，再度恭喜兩位得獎人，並感謝他們所創造的一切。
