中文：国民党陆军中将王凌云1943年赠昆明炮兵训练中心最高指挥官华特斯准将（Jerome J. Waters）的签名照片，另附华特斯准将藏在华旧照多张。王凌云，河南汝阳蟒庄村人，国民党陆军中将，抗战期间参与过淞沪会战、武汉会战、滇缅战役、长沙会战、枣宜会战等。品相保存完好。
