中文：駐緬甸代表處於12月3日辦理「111年推動緬甸青年交流活動」，安排緬甸僑界青年參訪光鼎緬甸公司(MYANMAR PARA LIGHT LED & LIGHTING ACCESSORY COMPANY LIMITED)及泰萊環球服裝實業有限公司(Topline Global Co., Ltd)，讓僑青透過交流活動，認識不同行業，見賢思齊活絡思維，期望能在緬甸這塊土地生根茁壯。

當天上午，侯舒涵等20餘僑青來到了光鼎緬甸公司，由該公司總經理林秀花親自接待，林秀花就該公司簡介進行簡報，臺灣光鼎公司看好印度及東南亞市場，2021年前來緬甸投資設廠，緬甸廠初期定位在於銷售家電，消費性產品與工業用LED產品，目前可以說是緬甸外資第一家LED電子公司。隨後林總經理與廠長帶領僑青們參觀工廠，僑青朋友雖多數來自中小型企業，對於電子產業較不熟悉，但對於如設立警戒區及緊急聯絡專線等工廠管理措施頻頻發問。
僑青朋友下午來到泰萊環球公司，總經理羅振華笑容可掬地向僑青們介紹，該公司雖然為傳統成衣公司，但細節不馬虎，以女性內衣製造為例，大概可以分為80多道工序，該公司以工作小組概念，分班分配每個員工責任進度，以團隊一條龍方式完成商品，並設定目標值給予適當激勵獎金；該公司雖然為ODM/OEM日本知名品牌協力廠商，訂單還算樂觀，但仍精益求精走出自己的舒適圈，與名人合作建立品牌，僑青們隨後實地參訪工廠，對於該公司完整流程規劃，相當佩服。
駐緬甸代表處僑務組林冠宏組長感謝光鼎緬甸公司及泰萊環球公司的配合，提供參訪的機會相互交流，並期勉僑青們，海外工作實屬不易，能向立足緬甸站穩腳步的臺商前輩請益，避免不諳當地法律、文化差異性等限制，也歡迎加入緬甸臺商會大家庭，獲取第一手商業訊息。將來駐緬甸代表處與僑務委員會共同合作，舉辦相關參訪臺商公司活動，瞭解臺商管理運作外，並配合僑青所需辦理相關趣味親子活動，促進緬甸僑青互助共榮。
