中文：越南臺灣商會聯合總會河內分會3月25日於河內市頂泰豐餐廳舉辦「第十六屆第八次理監事聯席會」，由分會會長洪志華主持，包括創會長蔡寵恩、名譽會長陳耀奎、盧智生、監事長楊志文，以及理監事與會員約50人參加。駐越南代表處大使石瑞琦偕經濟組組長曾顯照、秘書詹修明及僑務秘書蔡佩珊應邀出席。

石瑞琦致詞表示，河內商會30週年慶是越南僑界重要盛事，駐處一定全力支持，預祝相關活動順利，並繼續向第二個30年邁進；曾顯照說明越南上半年經濟發展趨勢，並預告4月份將有多個國內投資考察團來到越南，希望臺商朋友共襄盛舉；蔡佩珊則鼓勵在場臺商踴躍申辦「i僑卡」。

當日會議議程除會務及財務報告外，並由副會長兼河內商會30週年慶籌備委員會主任委員鄧明敦報告30週年慶系列活動內容與籌備進度，該系列活動預定於5月27日至30日舉辦，包含園遊會、音樂會、高爾夫球聯誼賽、慶祝晚宴等，內容豐富多元，刻正緊鑼密鼓籌備中。會後理監事及會員們透過餐敘相互交流，凝聚向心，會議圓滿順利結束。
