中文：駐巴拉圭周麟大使夫婦受邀於本(2)月8日出席巴國警政署證照處哺乳室及保健室揭幕儀式，與巴國內政部長阿塞維多(Euclides Acevedo)、警政署長Francisco Resquín、警察員眷福利基金會會長Dila Cabrera以及亞松森中華會館古理事長美桂及夫婿共同啟用。

周大使致詞時表示，感謝警政署多年來對駐館和旅巴台灣僑胞的照顧，另稱讚巴國社會治安良好，讓我國僑胞可以安居樂業。大使館特別關心巴國民眾的福祉，希望可以貢獻一份心力。證照處有許多前往辦證的民眾，希望藉由協助完善哺乳室及保健室設備，提供巴國媽媽在洽公等待過程中有良好的哺乳環境及在有需要時獲得醫療照護，增進巴國民眾的福利。另當日適逢元宵節，周大使特別向與會貴賓拜年，並祝福有更美好的一年。

阿塞維多部長表示，駐館捐贈之相關設備有助於警察證照處提升為民服務品質，表達由衷感謝。也是R署長夫人的C會長則感謝促成設置哺乳室的所有人員，特別是駐館及僑社的協助，提供如此友善的育嬰環境，讓嬰幼兒享受母愛並促進其身心健康。
