駐緬甸代表處李朝成大使偕雲郁菁組長於 11 月 10 日應緬甸Yuzana集團董事長 U Htay Myint 邀請參訪緬甸「全地球農業和水產工業 PLC 公司」（Global Earth Agro & Aqua Industry Public Company Limited），實地瞭解「農漁食品產業同步整合計畫」（Agro & Aqua Food Industry Synchronizing project）。
U Htay Myint 董事長在漁業產業有逾 30 年的資歷，且為現任緬甸漁業聯合會（Myanmar Fisheries Federation）主席，為推動緬甸養殖漁業發展，經常參查鄰近之越南及各國農漁業經驗後，推動在伊洛瓦底省(仰光西南面 3 小時車程處)建置緬甸首案自魚苗培育至最終消費品的一條龍式養殖漁場計畫，漁場總面積共 3 萬 6000 英畝，已先後引入法國、挪威的技術及日本、美國、德國的先端機器設備與團隊，孵育廠設備已在 2020 年啟用投產。
該計畫之目標為生產高品質、有機的多利魚（Dory fish）相關食品，同時在漁場計畫園區營造符合環保、節能、再生的園區生態，除創造約 6000 個專業人才工作機會，並將保留當地水稻農地，協助當地社區發展。該漁場之漁獲從魚肉到魚鰭、魚骨、魚皮都將百分之百物盡其用；生產設施及流程亦將符合永續發展之國際潮流，採先進水循環系統養殖槽，電力供應方面除將同時採用太陽能及風力發電，並使用生物碳技術，善用當地農作副產品。
HM 董事長表示，深知台灣吳郭魚養殖發展甚早，台灣鯛持續保持高品質形象，可見養殖技術佔有優勢，且臺灣在魚飼料研發、水產加工、甚至綠色能源相關技術亦屬先進，非常歡迎臺商來緬實地考察並參與投資該計畫。該園區陸續已有日、韓、新加坡、越南投資者前來參訪，對當地水質及魚肉品質都表讚賞。

李大使感謝 HM 董事長親自簡報及帶領了長達 4 小時的實地參訪。他指出，園區規模之大令人印象深刻，漁場計畫有關零廢棄的理念、節能減碳的作法及與社區融合的願景都極具遠見，駐緬甸代表處將向臺灣方面傳達該公司歡迎臺商參與之意，除將協助臺方來緬考察或緬方組團訪臺，另一方面，在緬甸已有 3 家臺灣銀行開設分行、10 餘家臺灣銀行設立代表人辦事處，有利協處投資相關金融事務，盼能促進臺緬雙贏之合作機會。
