Description
中文：葡萄牙重要醫衛團體—牙醫志工協會「微笑世界」(Mundo a Sorrir)，對本處兼轄之幾內亞比索已提供十多年醫療義診服務，成果斐然，本處本(110)年特別參與該項牙醫義診計畫，該協會副主席Nuno Matos及理事Marta Arnaut並來處與本處張代表俊菲簽署合作文件。

「微笑世界」協會成立於2005年，宗旨在協助葡國低收入戶及非洲葡語系國家幾內亞比索、聖多美普林西比、維德角弱勢族群口腔疾病治療及衛教，甚受葡政府、民間團體及熱心醫療人士肯定及支持，並協同參與志工服務。目前計有近1,700名志工，已協助逾64萬貧病人士。

在幾比實施的牙醫義診計畫係與幾國衛生部、國際牙醫學會、NGO等合作，透過在當地設置之家庭醫學及牙醫診療間，向面臨貧困及醫療資源不足之幾國弱勢族群提供援助，包含醫療照護及口腔疾病治療等，每年可實施逾1,500次診療。
