Bidon américain en acier inoxydable et housse en tissu kaki avec boutons USMC (United States Marine Corps), mousqueton avec anneau de sangle/brelage en laiton rajouté sur celui de ceinturon.

Marques, inscriptions, poinçons: "S.M. CO 1943, US-43" (gravé), et un "S" englobant un "w" et "co" (en relief, à l'intérieur du bouchon).

"39M39" (quart aluminium M-1910 marqué sur la poignée), "107680" (gravé sur le dessous).
