הערות: יקבי כרמל (לשעבר "כרמל מזרחי") הוקמו ב-1889‏ במושבות ראשון לציון וזכרון יעקב בסיוע הברון בנימין אדמונד דה רוטשילד ואנשיו. תושבי המושבות ראשון לציון וזכרון יעקב, שנוסדו ב-1882 לא הצליחו בגידול תבואה ונכשלו גם בענפים חקלאיים אחרים, והחליטו לנסות לגדל גפנים. גידול הגפנים הצליח הם פנו לנדיב הצרפתי, שסייע להם בבניית היקב, ברכישת המכונות, ואף הקים בית חרושת לבקבוקים בטנטורה. בניית היקב בראשון לציון החלה בשנת 1889 וענבי הבציר הראשון הגיעו אליו בשנת 1890.
