Description: A plaque commemorating Slick who was buried in a water channel that ran through the school grounds. Netzach Israel School is a religious school that existed for most of the 20th century.

שם: פתח תקוה בית ספר נצח ישראל
תיאור: שלט הנצחה לסליק שהוטמן בתעלת מים שעברה בשטח בית הספר. בית ספר נצח ישראל הוא בית ספר דתי שהתקיים במשך רוב המאה ה-20.
הערות: בבית הספר נוהל גן פרחים וירקות שדורג כאחד היפים ביותר בבתי הספר בארץ ישראל[. בשנת 1945 הונח אבן פינה למבנה עם שש כיתות לימוד נוספות להרחבת בית הספר. לאחר נפילת כפר עציון במלחמת העצמאות שוכנו הנשים והילדים של כפר עציון בבית הספר לזמן מה עד שעברו לגבעת עלייה ביפו.בשנת 1950 הוכר בית הספר כבית ספר רשמי על פי חוק לימוד חובה(ויקיפדיה)
