תיאור: בנימינה - המבנה הראשון של יקב בנימינה
הערות: יקב בנימינה הוקם על ידי יוסף זלצר, אשר עלה לישראל מהונגריה, בשנת 1952 והוא ניקרא "אליעז", על שם בנו שנפל במלחמת השחרור. בשנת 1925 הקים הברון רוטשילד במקום מפעל לבשמים מפרחי היסמין שגדלו באזור. המפעל זכה להצלחה רבה בתחילת דרכו, אך בשל המיתון העולמי סגר את שעריו בשנת 1937. המרתף שמתחתיו שימש את חברי "ההגנה" כסליק וכמקום מחבוא עד קום המדינה. בשנת 1952 שיקם זלצר את המבנה והקים בו את היקב לייצור יינות מתוקים וליקרים.
