שם: כפר ויתקין בית הראשונים
תיאור: בית הראשונים, המכונה גם "הבית הגדול", יושב על רכס כורכר וצופה על עמק חפר. החשיבות הערכית בשימורו נובעת מסיפורו המרתק שהוא סיפור גאולתו של עמק חפר. הבית נבנה במאה ה-19 ע"י ערבי נוצרי מלבנון ועד שנות ה-30 שימש את האריסים שעיבדו את אדמותיו
הערות: הבית והאדמות סביבו נרכשו ע"י קק"ל, בעזרת תרומות מיהודי קנדה ובינואר 1930 התיישבו בבית עשרים צעירים כדי לממש את הבעלות על הקרקע. אותם עשרים איש הם המתיישבים הראשונים בעמק חפר שלימים הקימו את כפר ויתקין. בהמשך התקיימו ב"בית הגדול", קורסים למפקדי ההגנה ופעילויות במסווה של המחלקה הערבית של הפלמ"ח. שם התגוררו מתיישבי ביתן אהרון לפני עלייתם לקרקע.(עמק חפר)
