הערות: האדריכלית לוטה כהן ילידת גרמניה נחשבת כאדריכלית הראשונה בארץ-ישראל. עבודתה הראשונה בעיר הייתה תכנון בית זלוצ'יסטי ברחוב אידלסון 30 ליד כיכר ביאליק. הבית שנבנה ב-1922 ומשמש עשרות שנים את מחלקת הפיקוח העירונית נבנה עבור הרופא ד"ר תיאודור זלוצ'יסטי ואשתו חולדה. תיאודור זלוצ'יסטי (1874-1943) למד רפואה באוניברסיטת ברלין. הוא ורעייתו עלו לארץ מפרוסיה ב1921. בנוסף לפעילותו כרופא ילדים וכעסקן ציוני, היה זלוצ'יסטי מומחה באמנות ואספן של עבודות אמנים. לבסוף התגורר בבית שבנה בהר הכרמל.
