הערות: כְּפַר עֶצְיוֹן - קיבוץ מתחדש והתנחלות בגוש עציון, בתנועת הקיבוץ הדתי והיישוב היהודי הראשון ביהודה ושומרון במאה העשרים. הוקם בשנת 1943 באזור בו נעשו ניסיונות התיישבות מ-1926. הקיבוץ חרב במלחמת העצמאות 1948 ונבנה מחדש החל מ1973. נקרא על שם שמואל צבי הולצמן ('הולץ' הוא עץ בגרמנית), ממייסדי חברת "אל ההר", שפעלה בשנות ה-30 להקמת גוש יישובים באזור. (וויקיפדיה) בבנובמבר 1968) הגיעו תלמידי המחזור הראשון של ישיבת 'הר עציון' לכפר עציון. התכנית הייתה להיות בכפר עציון זה עד שהיישוב החדש שיועד לישיבה יקום.
