Name: Gan Dream Yaakov - Kibbutz Mabarot
Description: Three Givati warriors are commemorated in the monument: Yaakov Naim, Assaf Bitan and Ronald Berer, who fell in 21 Bishvat 5773 (2003). The three were on patrol near Hebron, and were killed when fire was opened at them from an ambush of terrorists.

שם: גן חלום יעקב - קיבוץ מעברות
תיאור: באנדרטה מונצחים שלושה לוחמי גבעתי: יעקב נעים, אסף ביתן ורונלד ברר, שנפלו בכ"א בשבט תשס"ג (2003). השלשה היו בסיור סמוך לחברון, ונהרגו כשנפתחה לעברם אש ממארב מחבלים שהמתינו בצד הדרך. בכניסה לגן הוצב סלע ועליו מונצחים שלושת הנופלים.
הערות: הגן הוקם ביוזמת המשפחות ומוקם כקילומטר מביתו של הנופל יעקב נעים בכפר מונש. זהו מתחם מנוחה ופיקניק. בתוך הגן הוקם פסל לזכר יעקב נעים – בקצה המדשאה ניצבות שלוש אבנים אחת מעל השנייה בהטיה, מעין דמות אשר משקיפה ממעל על הנוכחים בגן. לפני הפסל לוח הנצחה.
