Title |
Why not convey guests to the Denny by aerial navigation? |
||||||||||||||||||||
Description |
English: Cartoon playing on the inconvenient access to the Washington Hotel (originally Denny Hotel) on the south tip of Denny Hill. This jokingly proposes an aerial tramway; not long after, a short funicular railway was actually built, but did not protect the hotel from destruction in the 1906-1909 regrading of the hill. |
