Description

The BMW 700 is a small rear-engined car which was produced by BMW in various models from1959-65, it replaced the BMW 600 Microcar The 2 door Coupe was the first model introduced in 1959, the 2 door Saloon, the following year. The 700 Sport Coupe was available from 1960, 40hp with twin carburettors (renamed the CS in 1963) The 700 Cabriolet shortly after, with the Sport engine The Deluxe (Luxus) Saloon and longer wheelbase LS in 1962 The final development of the 700 was the 700 LS Coupe of 1964. This was a long-wheelbase coupe with the Sport engine
