Description

The Cutlass was introduced in 1961 as the top model in the F-85 line, the high performance 442 introduced in 1964. (4 barrel, 4 speed, and dual exhausts) The 3rd generation ran from 1967-72, they got coke bottle styling, 2 door models got a semi fastback roofline. They were available in base, Cutlass S, Cutlass Supreme and the high performance 442. The 69 facelift was the first of the split grille look cars with vertical bars and vertical taillights. All 442s came with bucket seats and a Hurst Dual-Gate shifter in a mini-console
