Deutsch: 21.08.1970 DDR 8010 [01069] Dresden: Plattenbau-Hochhaus Grunaer Straße 5 (GMP: 51.049492,13.746725), bekannt durch seine markanten Leuchtschrift "Der Sozialismus siegt" am südwestlichen Dachdrempel. Der 14geschossige 5-MP-Plattenbau mit 140 Wohnungen mit Flachbau in Stahlbetonskelettbauweise (Gaststätte 408 Plätze) wurde in der Zeit von 1964-1966 nach Plänen der Architekten Peter Sniegon (Städtebau) und dem Planerkollektiv H.
