Description
Deutsch: 20.04.1972 Potsdam-Sanssouci: Neues Palais (GMP: 52.401286,13.015961). Der Bau wurde 1763 nach Beendigung des Siebenjährigen Krieges unter Friedrich dem Großen begonnen und 1769 fertiggestellt. Spätbarocke Dreiflügelanlage, erbaut unter Leitung von J. G. Büring, L. Manger und K. von Gontard. Es gilt als letzte bedeutende Schlossanlage des Barock in Preußen und als eines der Hauptwerke des Friderizianischen Rokokos. Den fürstlichen Gästen standen 200 Räume, vier Festsäle und ein Rokokotheater zur Verfügung. Für gelegentliche Aufenthalte ließ sich Friedrich den südlichen Seitenflügel - die so genannte Königswohnung oder Friedrichswohnung - herrichten. [F19720419A38.JPG]19710420791NR.JPG(c)Blobelt
