Deutsch: 13.04.1986 DDR 806 [01097] Dresden-Innere Neustadt: Neustädter Markt / Straße der Befreiung (Hauptstraße 1): Der 'Meißner Weinkeller' im nach 1974 entstandenen Plattenbau WBS 70
Dresden nutzt die Kellergewölbe des alten Neustädter Rathauses (GMP: 51.058684,13.741267). Das Neustädter Rathaus war von 1750 bis 1754 nach Plänen von Johann Gottfried Fehre und Johann Christoph Knöffel errichtet worden. 1945 wurde es durch die Luftangriffe auf Dresden zerstört, die Reste 1950 gesprengt.
