Description
Deutsch: 09.09.1986 DDR 2510 [18055] Rostock: Blick über den Universitätsplatz zum "Hanseatischen" Giebel-Eck-Haus in Plattenbauweise 3,6 t, Kröpeliner Straße 71 / Ecke Breite Straße 16. Die Planung stammt vom Kollektiv Prof. Peter Baumbach. Ausgeführt wurde das Gebäude vom VEB Wohnungsbaukombinat Rostock. Die Fassaden sind in Anlehnung an historische Backsteinbauten mit Klinkern belegt. Im Vordergrund der "Brunnen der Lebensfreude" von den Bildhauern Jo Jastram und Reinhard Dietrich.
