Description
Deutsch: 02.05.2003 39638 Kloster Neuendorf (Gardelegen): Kreuzgang im ehemaligen Zisterzienser-Nonnenkloster. Die Klosterkirche Sankt Maria, Benedikt und Bernhard (GMP: 52.525951,11.458214) ist ein einschiffiger frühgotischer Backsteinbau (2. Hälfte 13. Jahrhundert). Das Kloster wurde 1228 gegründet. Drei Flügel der ehemaligen Klausur westlich der Kirche sind erhalten, vermutlich Ende 13. Jahrhunder. Auf der Nordseite des Südflügels, die sich zum Klosterhof öffnet, ist ein Kreuzgang mit sieben Jochen erhalten (Abb.). [F20030502A027.jpg]20030502880NR.JPG(c)Blobelt
