Deutsch: 29.09.2003 02797 Kurort Oybin: Die Burg wurden ab 1364 auf Befehl Kaisers Karl IV. errichtet. Von 1366-1384 errichteten die Cölestinermönche die Klosterkirche (GMP: 50.843932,14.741613). Die neue Gründung unterstand dem Abt des Klosters Sulmona in Italien, während ein Prior die hiesige Verwaltung wahrnahm. 1384 weihte der Prager Erzbischof die Klosterkirche. Die Reformation setzte dem Ordensleben ein Ende. 1555 starb der letzte Prior. 1574 kaufte die Stadt Zittau die Burg und die zum Kloster gehörenden Ländereien. 1577 schlug ein Blitz in das noch intakte Kloster ein, das abbrannte und zusehends verfiel.
