Deutsch: 20.06.2005 01309 Dresden-Blasewitz, Naumannstraße 5: Rathaus Blasewitz (GMP: 51.052511,13.805780). Blasewitz wurde 1921 zu Dresden eingemeindet. Das Rathaus besteht aus einer in mehreren Bauabschnitten entstandenen Gebäudegruppe. Zu diesem Ensemble gehört das 1850/51 nach Plänen des Jagdmaurermeisters Carl Ludwig Klug(e) von Baumeister Emil Laurent in neugotischen Formen errichtete alte Schulhaus von Blasewitz (Naumannstift), wozu Gottfried Semper bereits 1841 einen nicht verwirklichten Entwurf geliefert hatte. Nach Einweihung der neuen Blasewitzer Volksschule am 1. April 1876 diente es dann ab dem 1. Januar 1877 als Gemeindeamt, dem Emil Wägner 1890 noch einen stilistisch angepassten, ebenfalls zweigeschossigen Anbau hinzufügte. Der so entstandene, mit Walmdach und Staffelgiebeln an drei Seiten ausgestattete Komplex weist gothisierende Fenstergewände und ein Kielbogenportal mit Fialenbekrönung vor Blendmaßwerk als
charakteristische Elemente auf. Nachdem die vorhandenen Räumlichkeiten schon fünf Jahre lang den Anforderungen nicht mehr genügten, beschloss die Gemeinde 1903 die Errichtung eines ergänzenden Neubaus nach einem Entwurf von Karl Emil Scherz, der ab 1904 zur Umsetzung gelangte.
