Description
English: 08.08.2006 04758 Borna (Liebschützberg): Schloß, Straße der Jugend 11 (GMP: 51.312539,13.186291). Von der bis ins bis ins 12. Jahrhundert zurückreichenden Geschichte des Ritterguts ist nichts mehr zu sehen. Das Schloss wurde erst 1877 im Auftrag von Gero Friedrich von Byern erbaut. Der dreigeschossige Bau ersetzte ein älteres Herrenhaus, das abgebrochen wurde. Seit 1947 ist hier ein Kinder- und Jugendwohnheim untergebracht, heute betrieben von der Evang. Jugendhilfe Obernjesa.
