Deutsch: 18.08.2006 04758 Limbach (Oschatz): Herrenhaus Haida (GMP: 51.269746,13.055285), Hofseite. Das herrschaftliche Freigut ist aus einem größeren Vorwerk hervorgegangen, das im 16. Jahrhundert im Besitz der Familie von Schleinitz war. Das Herrenhaus stammt im Kern wohl aus dem 18. oder 19. Jahrhundert. 1922 wurde es für den Gutsbesitzer Hermann Melington aufgestockt und umgebaut. Links schließt sich das ehemalige Inspektorenhaus an. Nach der Enteignung 1945 wurde das Land an Neubauern aufgeteilt. In das Herrenhaus zog die Kreisparteischule der SED ein. 1956 folgte die Bezirksschule des volkseigenen Handels, aus der 1964 die Betriebsakademie der Centrum-Warenhäuser hervorging. Nach der Wende gab es erfolglose Pläne, hier ein Altersheim oder eine Bildungseinrichtung unterzubringen. Seit 2005 ist das Herrenhaus Besitz einer GmbH und wieder bewohnt.
