Deutsch: 31.10.2006 Dresden: art'otel und art'forum, Ostra-Allee 33 (GMP: 51.057048,13.727856), ein Hotel der Berliner Immobiliengruppe Gaedeke & Sons in Dresden. Das Hotel wurde zwischen 1991 und 1996 nach Entwürfen von Jan Rave, Roosje Rave und Rolf Rave als Art'otel und Art'forum erbaut. Bauherr war die Gruppe Gädeke & Landsberg. 174 Gästezimmer, 6 Konferenzräume, Kongreßhalle, Restaurants, Ausstellungen. Betreiber ist "Park Plaza Hotel Europe". Dem in Dresden geborenem und international bekannten Künstler A. R. Penck (eigentlich Ralf Winkler) ist das Hotel galerieähnlich gewidmet. Die exklusive Innenarchitektur wurde von dem bedeutenden Mailänder Designer Denis Santachiara geschaffen. Nach 2018 Penk-Hotel. Hervorzuheben sind die modernen Kunstwerke, die den Gebäudekomplex schmücken. So steht auf der spitzwinkligen Ecke des Hauses im Abzweig der Maxstraße von der Ostra-Allee eine vier Meter große bronzene Plastik eines Strichmännchens, die von A. R. Penck geschaffen wurde.
