Description
Deutsch: 08.11.2006 01326 Dresden-Hosterwitz, Dresdner Straße 97: Keppschloß (GMP: 51.019495,13.862347). Von 1749 bis 1763 gehörte das 1661 erstmals erwähnte Plantagengut dem sächsischen Primierminister Heinrich von Brühl. Ab 1774 ließ der Wirkliche Geheime Rat Camillo Marcolini das Weinbergareal für sich erwerben. Das heute vorhandene neogotische Schloß bekam beim Umbau von 1862/63 seine Fassade im englischen Tudorstil. 1920 erwarb es Marie Dumitrescu, Gattin des rumänischen Generalkosuls in Dresden, überließ es aber 1933 einer Zwangsversteigerung. So kam es in den Besitz der Familie zur Lippe, die 1947 enteignet wurde. In der Nachkriegs- und DDR-Zeit diente es als Unterkunft für Umsiedler, später als Schule der Gesellschaft für Deutsch-Sowjetische Freundschaft (DSF). Nach der Wende privatisisert. 2005/06 erfolgte der Umbau und die Sanierung zu Wohnungen. Wo einst Graf Brühl residerte, wird ab Ende Oktober 2006 Sachsens Alt-Ministerpräsident Kurt Biedenkopf zusammen mit 6 weiteren Familien wohnen. [DSCN12584.TIF]20061108410DR.JPG(c)Blobelt
