Deutsch: 04.03.2007 01099 Dresden-Albertstadt, Hans-Oster Straße 4: Ehemaliges Kasernengebäude (GMP: 51.074265,13.757634). Nach Umbau und Sanierung wurde am 17.01.2007 in den beiden denkmalgeschützen Kasernegebäuden das Fachgerichtszentrum eingeweiht. Es vereint das Verwaltungsgericht, Arbeitsgericht und Sozialgericht unter einem Dach. Vorgeschichte: 1870 wurde oberhalb des Alaunplatzes mit dem Bau einer neuen Schützenkaserne begonnen. Das Gebäude gilt als erster Kasernenbau der Albertstadt. Der eigentliche Bau der Albertstadt begann im Frühjahr 1873. Den Namen erhielt sie mit Genehmigung durch König Albert am 19.03.1877. Ab Juni 1883 war die Kasernenstadt ein von Dresden unabhängiger Gutsbezirk. Gutsherr war der sächsische Kriegsminister - Georg Friedrich Alfred Fabrice (23.05.1818 - 25.03.1891, beigesetzt auf dem Inneren Neustädter Friedhof). Im Jahre 1892 baute ihm die sächsische Armee ein Mausoleum an der
