Deutsch: 12.07.2007 01099 Dresden-Klotzsche, Goethestraße 17 / Ecke Standaler Straße (GMP: 51.119671,13.782664): Villa Harzer / Parkresidenz Villa Königswald, 1906-1907 auf einem Areal von 5.330 m² für den Unternehmer Max Bruno Harzer vom Architekten Richard Schleinitz erbaut. Der Klotzscher Ortsteil Königswald entstand 1875 am Rande der Dresdner Heide. Gründer war August Wilhelm Quosdorf, der am Eisenbahnhaltepunkt Klotzsche einige Grundstücke aus königlichem Besitz erwarb und diese zur Bebauung mit Villen weiterverkaufte. Bevor Bruno Harzer nach Dresden kam, war der Plantagenbesitzer in Mexiko zu erheblichem Wohlstand gekommen. Daher kommt der spöttische Name "Villa Ananans". Später Erdgeschoß vermietet und 1938 als Kirchenraum geweiht. 1943 mußte Harzer die Villa unter ihrem Wert an die Nazi-Regierung verkaufen, die sie im Krieg für medizinische Zwecke nutzen wollte. Der Arzt Julius von Finck richtete ein Institut für Wirbeltuberkulose ein. Nach dem Kriegsende beschlagnahmten die Russen das Haus. Später zog eine Caritas-Einrichtung in die Villa. Von 1970 bis 1989 wurde das Haus als Lehrlingswohnheim für Finanzkaufleute und Lehrlinge des Dresdner Datenverarbeitungszentrums genutzt. Seit den 1990er Jahren scheiterten dann alle bisherigen Investitionsvorhaben, das Haus begann zu verfallen. Am 18.05.2008, um 12 Uhr, soll nach denkmalgerechter Sanierung die Villa als herrschaftliche Wohnanlage wieder eingeweiht werden. Eingangsdiele, Blick nach Westen.
