Deutsch: 25.08.2007 01157 Dresden-Omsewitz: Gehöft Altomsewitz 7 (historische Hausnr. 4), altes Weingut, erbaut 1801 (GMP: 51.055011,13.660842). Wohnstallhaus (bez. 1841) mit Pforte und Einfriedung eines ehemaligen Dreiseithofes. Während das westliche, mit dem Giebel zur Straße stehende Haus von 1841 stammt, ist das Gehöft an sich viel älter. Im Norden des Hofes hat sich nach der Wende u.a. der Keramik-Künstler Gunther Neustadt (20.07.1953 - 03.10.2013) über einem viel älteren Weinkeller ein neues Haus erbaut. Dieses ist architektonisch perfekt dem alten Dorfkern angepaßt, im Erdgeschoß Plänermauerwerk unverputzt, im Obergechoß Holzbau. Trotzdem ist es ein Energiesparhaus, wie mir
Neustadt erzählt. Dazu nördlich eine riesiege Streuobstwiese. Neustadt berichtete, daß hier früher ein Weingut gewesen wäre und das der Hof viel älter ist als 1801. Gunther Neustadt brannte seine Keramiken im Brennofen auf dem gegenüberliegenden Grundstück der "Kümmelschänke". Seine Frau Bettina ist Grafikdesignerin. An Haus ist eine Tafel mit "MCCMI". Sollte das eine falsch geschriebene römische Zahl sein, könnte man gutmütig das Jahr 1801 herauslesen, das korrekt römisch MDCCCI lauten müßte. Baudenkmal.
