Deutsch: 02.09.2007 01067 Dresden-Altstadt, Rathenauplatz: Propyläen der Carolabrücke. Östliche der beiden allegorischen Reiterskulpturen (GMP: 51.051852,13.747543) am Altstädter Brückenkopf der Carolabrücke. Die beiden Figuren zeigen die "bewegte Elbe" (Triton schwingt seine Keule bei der Jagd über die Wellen) und - hier im Bild - die "ruhige Elbe" (Nereide reitet über ruhiges Wasser). Sie wurden 1907 von dem Dresdner Bildhauer Friedrich Offermann aus Sandstein geschaffen. [DSCN29247.TIF]20070902015DR.JPG(c)Blobelt
