Description
Deutsch: 08.10.2007 01324 Dresden-Weißer Hirsch: Bautzner Landstraße 32 / Ecke Steglichstraße / Ecke Rißweg (GMP: 51.062288,13.825100). Das 1912 fertiggestellte Wohn- und Geschäftshaus wurde von Max Herfurth projektiert. Im Erdgeschoss befand sich zunächst die Conditorei Lippoldt mit angeschlossenem Weinausschank. Später übernahm August Bleicher die Räume und richtete hier das "Café Bleicher" ein. Zwischen 1963 und 1992 folgte die Konditorei Cafe Binneberg. Schon jahrelang gammelte das Haus vor sich hin. 2004 zog der letzte Mieter, ein Anwalt, aus. Seitdem stand das marode Haus leer. Am 01.06. 2007 will hier Stefan Hermann nach gründlicher Sanierung sein Restaurant, die Gourmet-Oase "Bean & Beluga" eröffnen. Eröffnet wird dann aber erst am 16.07.2007 mit einem 9-Gänge-Menü für 185 EUR, an dem als Gastkoch auch der Drei-Sterne-Koch Harald Wohlfahrt mitwirkt.
