Deutsch: 14.03.2008 01069 Dresden-Seevorstadt:Gebäude der Deutsche Bank, heute Dresdner Bank (GMP: 51.046908,13.735318), Dr.-Külz-Ring 10 und Haus des Buches und Commerzbank, Dr. Külz-Ring 12. Das Bankhaus am Dr.-Külz-Ring 10 wurde von 1902 bis 1905 durch die Architekten Schnauder & Rohn errichtet. Es beherbergte bis 1945 die Dresdner Filiale der Deutschen Bank. Das markante Gebäude mit der neoklassizistischen Sandsteinfassade steht unter Denkmalschutz. Nach den Bombenangriffen im Februar 1945 brannte das Gebäude aus und wurde von 1946 bis 1949 erneuert. Es diente als Sitz der Sächsischen Landesbank (später umbenannt in Sächsische Landeskreditbank). In der DDR war es eine Filiale der Deutschen Notenbank und später der Industrie- und Handelsbank. Nach 1990 diente das Haus als Filiale der Dresdner Bank und zuletzt der Commerzbank. Im Jahr 1995 wurde es saniert. [Quelle Stadtwiki Dresden] [DSCN31823.TIF]20080314090DR.JPG(c)Blobelt
