Description Part of the 2008 Washington State Democratic Party Caucus. This is at the Eckstein Middle School, Seattle, Washington. The precincts meeting there were part of the 46th Legislative District. Each precinct caucuses separately. Here, a child is held aloft as a precinct caucuses in the school lunchroom.
