Description
Deutsch: 01.05.2009 04808 Großzschepa (Hohburg, später Lossatal), Lindenallee 16: Die Rittergutsanlage ist aus einem Herrensitz hervorgegangen, der um 1458/77 und nochmals 1563 bis 1648 der Familie von Schönberg gehörte. Das einst stattliche Barockschloß (GMP: 51.412818,12.76427) geht auf Carl Reinhard von Hartitzsch zurück. Dieser errichtete um 1720 eine Dreiflügelanlage, die 1742 bei einem Brand beschädigt, aber wiederaufgebaut wurde. In der DDR diente das Schloss als Wohnhaus, Kindergarten, Schule, Kulturhaus und Verwaltungssitz. 2002 wurde es privatisiert. Die begonnene Sanierung wurde eingestellt. Sicht von Süden.
