Description
Deutsch: 13.04.2010 04703 Sitten (Leisnig): Ev.-Luth. Dorfkirche (GMP: 51.205180,12.933990). Die Kirche in Sitten ist bereits 1215 bezeugt. Um 1480 fügte man eine Sakristei an. 1730 bis 1734 wurde entstand der untere Teil der bis unter die Decke gestaffelten Westempore. Auf dem gewölbten Mittelteil stand seit 1823 eine Orgel, die 1892 durch ein größeres Werk ersetzt wurde. 1965 wurde diese Orgel, weil sie nicht mehr zu reparieren war, beseitigt. Die Orgelbaufirma W. Sauer in Frankfurt/Oder lieferte als Ersatz ein kleines Positiv, das den Raum jedoch nicht ausfüllte. So wurde 2008 eine aus Lichtenstein im Erzgebirge stammende Orgel, gebaut in den 1970er Jahren, aufgestellt. Die obere Empore an West- und Südseite wurde 1823 eingebaut.
