Deutsch: 14.04.2010 04703 Leisnig: St. Nikolaikirche. 1540 entstand die dem heiligen Nikolaus geweihte Gottesackerkirche (GMP: 51.156162,12.926883). Der spätgotischer Flügelaltar von 1509 stand einst in der Stadtkirche. Er zeigt im geöffneten Schrein Anna und ihre erste Tochter Maria, die beide auf den nackten Jesusknaben in der Mitte weisen (Anna selbdritt). Auf den Flügeln erscheinen die Pestheiligen Rochus und Sebastian, auf der Predella ist das Martyrium der zehntausend Ritter und der heiligen Ursula mit ihren elftausend Jungfrauen dargestellt. Die beiden Schnitzfiguren auf dem Altar gehören nicht zum ursprünglichen Bestand, stammen aber gleichfalls aus dem frühen 16. Jahrhundert. [DSCN41081&41082.TIF]20100414121MDR.JPG(c)Blobelt |
