Description
Deutsch: 27.04.2010 04703 Börtewitz (Leisnig), Neue Straße: Dorfkirche (GMP: 51.211882,12.978522). Wie eine Urkunde berichtet, wurde die Börtewitzer Kirche 1268 durch Cäcilia, die Witwe des edlen Herrn Tammo von Mahris, zum Seelenheil ihres Mannes und ihrer Eltern gestiftet. Dachstuhl und Turm wurden 1955 ein Raub der Flammen. Oktober 1974 konnte die Wiedereinweihung gefeiert werden. Anstelle des Dachreiters errichtete man 1982 einen freistehenden Turm.
