Description
Deutsch: 20.03.2012 04668 Schönbach (Colditz), Bad Lausicker Straße 37 (GMP: 51.149932,12.758117): Rittergut Schönbach, Herrenhaus Hofseite. Kleine Rittergüter gelangten früh an bürgerliche Besitzer. So wurde Schönbach in der Mitte des 18. Jahrhunderts an die Familie Friedrich verkauft. Es folgten zahlreiche Besitzerwechsel. Bereits 1837 trat die Rittergutsbesitzerin Christiane Dorothea Kunze die Patrimonialgerichtsbarkeit an den Staat ab. 1901 bewirtschaftete Franz Eduard Vettermann das Rittergut, 1910 gelangte es an die Familie Bellmann. Von der Bodenreform war der Hof nicht betroffen. Nach dem Ende der DDR wurde das Rittergut restituiert. Die Erben verkauften die HofsteIle an Eckhard Kießling. Das Herrenhaus stammt aus dem späten 18. oder frühen 19. Jahrhundert. Es gliederte sich früher in einen Stall- und einen Wohnteil. Die bauliche Hülle wurde 2008 bis 2011 saniert.
